Mrs. Tiara Henderson

Tiara Henderson is a Managing Director in Corporate & Investment Banking’s (CIB’s) Diverse Segments Group. Tiara is the Diverse Segments Leader for CIB’s Commercial Real Estate business and the Head of the Women’s Segment for CIB. Tiara specializes in origination, structuring and the execution of strategic transactions for CRE clients.  Her transaction and markets expertise includes Balance Sheet Lending (Construction & Perm), Real Estate Capital Markets (CMBS & CLO), Commercial Loan Finance, Affordable Housing, Specialty Finance (Hospitality), REIT Finance, Senior Housing, Multifamily Capital (Freddie/Fannie Execution), and Commercial Mortgage Servicing.       In her current role, Tiara brings the full range of CIB’s services to corporate clients with concentrations of diverse stakeholders at the ownership, management, or customer levels. She is also responsible for developing strategies for building multi-dimensional client connections and partnerships that contribute towards positive outcomes for diverse market participants more broadly. In addition to her core client coverage responsibilities, Tiara is active in a broad range of Wells Fargo leadership roles. She is a member of Wells Fargo’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Council and Women Go Far.      Tiara joined Wells Fargo in 2013 and served as the lead underwriter for facilities totaling more than $3Bn.  Before joining the Wells Fargo team, she served in leadership and client coverage roles at Fifth Third and Banc of America Securities.  Tiara supports many community-based organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Communities in Schools which provides support for students to prevent school dropout.          Tiara earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Davidson College and her MBA from Queens University of Charlotte. She currently serves as a trustee at Davidson College and Cannon School.
