Sadhvi is the Market Manager for the Commercial Real Estate East region, overseeing the bank's commercial real estate (CRE) activity in Boston, Washington DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. She has an established record of growing new markets, introducing innovative products and developing successful teams with a commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives in one of the largest banks in the country. Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 2021, Sadhvi spent 20 years at Capital One in CRE market leadership roles.
Sadhvi is active in numerous industry and charitable organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, The Economic Club of Washington DC, the Federal City Council, Real Estate Lenders Association and the Urban Development and Mixed Use Council (UDMUC) Bronze Council for ULI. Sadhvi also serves on the board of Genesys Works, a not for profit that empowers underprivileged high school students. She is very active in the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington and recently joined the Board for the organization.
