Dwight Stephenson is a Principal at Blue Vista Capital Management. Dwight is responsible for overseeing the New Business Development function, which includes originating new transactions, cultivating operating partner relationships across the United States, and maintaining the transaction pipeline for the firm's Middle Market equity fund series.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Dwight was a Vice President with JLL's Capital Markets Group, where he focused on the acquisition, disposition and recapitalization of single tenant net leased retail, office and industrial assets totaling over $3.0 billion.
