As President of MCB, Gina Baker Chambers leads the firm’s strategic, operational, and leadership initiatives, leveraging her extensive experience as an investor to foster industry relationships and drive growth. Under her guidance, MCB, with its national footprint and strong financial foundation, is well-positioned for continued success. Before this role, Gina served as Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Artemis Real Estate Partners, where she played a critical role in capital raising and portfolio management, overseeing $1.5 billion in separate account relationships and leading strategy and client relations.
Gina’s career began at Fannie Mae in Corporate Finance and Housing and Community Development, where she managed revenue planning and developed mortgage products for underserved populations. A graduate of Columbia Business School (MBA) and the University of Pennsylvania (BA), she is also deeply committed to giving back, serving on the boards of the Toigo Alumni Endowment, Real Estate Executive Council (Vice Chair), and Generation Hope. Her contributions include raising $2.5 billion for the Artemis Emerging Manager Platform, advancing opportunities for diverse operating partners nationwide.
