Sean Campbell is CEO and Principal at Formativ Real Estate Group, a full-service commercial real estate development and investment firm based in Denver, CO. The firm is focused on in-the- path-of-growth real estate and urban in-fill development projects across different asset types: multifamily, hospitality, office and life sciences, and larger-scale master plans. Under his leadership, Formativ currently has eight active projects totaling more than three-million square feet of development and $1B in total project value. Before becoming a leader within the real estate development community, Sean spent over a decade in New York City's financial sector, primarily focused on fixed income trading and investment banking, working for a number of leading global investment firms. Sean is proud to be involved in Denver's business and non-profit community serving on the Boards of Denver Metro EDC, The Other Side Academy and TAG Restaurant Group, and formerly The Denver Zoo, RiNo Art District, and The Denver Athletic Club. Major Moves on the Front Range: Game-Changing Development along Colorado’s Preeminent Urban Corridor

While Denver is the focus of the national story of large growth and change in Colorado and the west, major projects are happening all along Colorado's front range—the urban corridor along the eastern face of the Rocky Mountains. This session will spotlight important projects all along this urban stretch, including Colorado Springs, Aurora, Golden, and Denver. The session will show how significant new developments are fitting into their communities and reflecting the unique locations in different cities up and down the range.
