For the past three decades Dan's passion and dedication has been creating exceptional mixed-use and sustainable places in an urban context. As President of AC Development Co., Dan leads the real estate arm of the Coors Family and its multi-block redevelopment project in downtown Golden, Colorado known as Clayworks. He has previously held senior positions at McWhinney (Denver) and Catellus (San Francisco), as well as leading his own company. Dan holds two undergraduate degrees from UC Berkeley and a master's degree from M.I.T. He has lived in Boulder with his family for the past 18 years and is a native of California.
