As the Managing Director for nFusion, Martin leads the team responsible for Turnkey Project Delivery of Entertainment and Culture Projects. nFusion is part of the PCL family of companies. Trusted by clients around the globe, Martin has spent the past 30 years leading successful entertainment and leisure destination projects. Trained as an architect, Martin is an expert at implementing innovative project delivery solutions with the 'big picture' in mind while keeping his finger on the pulse of each project. With a razor-sharp sense for business and a discerning eye, Martin has managed successful projects across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Martin is sought after to develop effective results-driven project delivery structures, often building teams from the ground up with an entrepreneurial approach and a focus on building a strong organizational culture. He has been responsible for multiple large-scale projects with capital budgets in excess of $1BN USD and maintains oversight on all nFusion's portfolio of projects. Prior to his work with nFusion, Martin served as Vice President of Project Development for The Lego Company where he established and managed the department responsible for global turnkey real estate, feasibility, design and development of LEGOLAND Parks and Brand Retail Stores.
