Mr. Kevin Miles

External Partners Inspiring Cultural Change

Mr Miles is an international educational consultant and a DEI Corporate and Community Champion with more than 25 years of experience as an educator. Mr. Miles has a broad range of experiences that include teaching at the secondary and post secondary level. His focus as an educator has been instrumental in influencing educational reform on the local level. Mr. Miles specializes in integrating proven educational systems and practices to optimize outcomes for diverse student populations. Mr. Miles oversees and fosters relationships at critical intersections between school districts, corporations, organization and government officials to deliver common high priority objectives. Kevin's long history of leveraging relationships between educators, business and industry professionals has been a staple in his career. He has served and advised several employee resource groups within midsize and large corporations. Kevin currently serves as an ULI-Urban Plan National Instructor and is passionate about training and equipping volunteers to deliver the Urban Plan to underserved and underrepresented communities. Kevin is also a ULI/ DFW – Education Committee Member and ULI/DFW- Pathways to Inclusion Co-chair. Some of Kevin's other professional accomplishments include recognition as a Texas Exemplary Teacher and a Transformational Behavioral Specialist. Mr. Miles has also been celebrated for his contributions as an instructional leader. For the past three years he has focused on designing sustainable student leadership programs for Urban Planning and Community Development students grades 8-12. Mr Miles received his Executive MBA from Texas Woman's University and is a certified Secondary Principal grades (6--12)
