Karen Mahrous is a Senior Vice President and the Head of ESG for Clarion Partners. Karen oversees the Firm's ESG strategy and implementation of initiatives, focusing on enhancing value and mitigating risk through continuing the Firm's progress on resilience, efficiency, diversity and health and wellness initiatives. She works cross-functionally to enhance and execute Clarion's ESG strategy. Karen joined Clarion Partners in 2021 and has been working in the industry since 2005. She is a member of the Fitwel Leadership Advisory Board, Urban Land Institute and Urban Green Council, and sits on multiple Customer Advisory Boards
