Asher Kripke is a Community and Economic Development Product Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas where he helps manage an annual allocation of over $100M in grants and loans in support of affordable housing and community development. FHLB Dallas district covers southern states, many of which are susceptible to extreme weather events. Asher’s recent work largely focuses on long-term resiliency through FORTIFIEDTM Housing grants targeting rental and owner-occupied low-income housing. Asher earned his BBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is currently based out of Dallas.
