Experience With over 30 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance Pete has built expertise across Brokerage, Underwriting and Risk Management. Over the last 15 years, he has held senior leadership roles, guiding global real estate initiatives and leading commercial insurance operations in the Mountain West Region for the world’s largest privately held brokerage. In these roles, he managed strategic relationships and industry-focused verticals, aligning capabilities to deliver market-leading solutions, superior outcomes, and exceptional client service. His experience spans Multifamily, Affordable Housing, Industrial, Single-Family Rental (SFR), Office and Commercial Real Estate sectors. During this time, Pete led a $2.2 billion premium portfolio, managing 300 associates serving over 1,600 clients. Pete’s well-rounded experience includes serving as a Risk Manager for a Fortune 1000 company and as an Underwriter/Underwriting Manager for a global insurer. Hi hands-on experience, combined with his passion for innovation and client advocacy, ensures he delivers creative solutions that exceed expectations.
