Tue Apr 09 3:00 PM — 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time Salmon Tower Building, 20 West 43rd Street, NY 10036
Join us for an insightful event, "Exploring the Real Estate Forecast," where we delve into the latest semi-annual ULI Real Estate Economic Forecast. Completed at the end of October 2023, this forecast is the culmination of the perspectives of 39 leading real estate economists and analysts. These experts share their three-year forecasts on 27 economic and real estate indicators, and we present the median of their insightful predictions.
According to the survey results, real estate economists expect a slowdown in the U.S. economy and real estate markets in the coming year, aligning with their outlook from six months ago. Anticipated to experience a meaningful deceleration in 2024, the economy is projected to show signs of improvement in 2025. Likewise, real estate markets are expected to exhibit flat or negative results in 2024, with a subsequent partial recovery anticipated in 2025.
This event provides a unique opportunity to hear directly from industry leaders who will share their perspectives on the forecast. Student attendees are also encouraged to contribute their insights, potentially featuring in a write-up showcased on the ULI website. As a token of appreciation, participants will receive acknowledgment for their valuable contributions. Don't miss this chance to gain valuable insights, engage with industry experts, and contribute to the ongoing discourse on the future of real estate.
