Assistant Vice President, Research and Strategy Britteni Lupe is an Assistant Vice President, Research and Strategy at American Realty Advisors, charged with supporting and advancing research initiatives in support of the firm’s investment and portfolio management activities and contributing to the research team’s thought leadership agenda. Prior to joining ARA, Ms. Lupe served in multiple roles at Rudin Management Company in New York. She has been published in the research publications of AFIRE, NAREIM and NCREIF. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
