Kevin Rieger brings over thirty-five years of experience strategizing, envisioning and executing iconic real estate projects domestically and internationally as AEG's Senior Vice President, Real Estate Development.
Well-versed in large-scale, complex multidimensional developments, Kevin has executed a range of project delivery models, including public-private partnerships (P3) and joint ventures. Kevin managed day-to-day development of L.A. LIVE which received ULI's Award for Excellence. L.A. Live is a 4 million square foot, $2.5 billion mixed-use development program surrounding Crypto.com Arena, including a 1,001-room headquarters convention hotel, 224 Ritz Carlton residences, the 7,100 seat Peacock Theater, television and broadcast studios and entertainment-oriented retail with restaurants, night clubs and cafes as well as The GRAMMY Museum. Kevin has also developed T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the $150-million Dignity Health Sports Park, a public/private partnership between AEG and California State University Dominguez Hills as well as multiple music and live performance venues. Internationally, Kevin has provided planning and design advisory services for projects in Europe, Asia, Brazil and Canada.
Kevin is Chair of ULI's Entertainment Development Council and Vice-Chair of Los Angeles Streetcar, Inc., a non-profit public/private partnership working to bring streetcar service back to downtown Los Angeles.
