ULI's Terwilliger Center for Housing partnered with RCLCO to create the 2024 Home Attainability Index. The Index is a data-rich resource for understanding the extent to which a housing market is providing a range of choices attainable to the regional workforce. In this session, Adam Ducker, CEO of RCLCO, demonstrates the main components of the tool and how to use it.
