Hotel Information

Housing overview
The ULI Spring Meeting hotel room block is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to registered attendees and offers hotels at varying price points. All official ULI hotels are proximate to the New York Hilton Midtown hotel, the site of ULI Spring Meeting sessions and events.
How to book in the ULI block
Once registered, attendees will be sent directly to the hotel booking site to book a room. For attendees not ready to book right away, a link to book a hotel room is included in the Spring Meeting registration confirmation email. The last day to book a room in the ULI room block is Friday, March 22 at 12pm EST.
Why book a hotel room through ULI?
Both ULI and meeting attendees benefit in numerous ways when the ULI room block is utilized:
- Options: Providing reliable, convenient, and well-rounded hotel options refines the ULI attendee experience and further enhances ULI’s mission and member engagement.
- Better travel protection: Attendees are better protected contractually and financially when booking in ULI’s room block in case of travel changes or issues.
- Lower rates: Attendees can take advantage of lower room rates negotiated by ULI years in advance. If you find a lower rate than what ULI offers at a hotel within the block, please contact ULI’s housing provider at [email protected] or (864) 208-2582.
- Loyalty points: Hotel loyalty points can be earned from ULI hotel reservations.
- Dedicated reservation support in advance of the meeting and onsite: A member of the Housing team will be available at the Ask ULI desk to field any questions or issues that arise with your hotel reservation.
- Future opportunities: Filling up room blocks has a ripple effect for future meetings by allowing ULI to better position itself for competitive room rates and contracts in other cities.
If you find a lower rate than what ULI offers at a hotel within the block, please contact ULI’s housing provider at [email protected] or (864) 208-2582.

Official housing provider
ULI’s official housing partner is Maritz. All ULI hotel reservations must be directly made through the housing site or via the link in your Spring Meeting registration confirmation email, both of which are managed by Maritz. Please be aware of scams where someone calls or faxes you pretending to be an “official ULI lodging coordinator.” ULI does not solicit special-offer lodging reservations via telephone or fax. We suggest that you do not provide credit card information to anyone other than our official housing partner.
If you have questions about any unauthorized solicitation, please contact the ULI Housing Center at [email protected] or (864) 208-2582.
Contact information
Contact the ULI Housing Center with housing questions or concerns via email at [email protected] or (864) 208-2582.
