Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI AFTER APRIL 24: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual; $100 processing fee will be charged. The new registrant will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the difference in registration fees if applicable. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
Student registrations will not incur cancellation or transfer processing fees.
Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if cancelled in writing NO LATER THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI Event. Refund requests received after the deadline will not be honored.

ULI Registration Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
By registering for, accessing, or attending the Urban Land Institute 2026 Spring Meeting, including any relevant sessions, receptions, offsite activities, and travel between venues, Attendee acknowledges and agrees as follows:
Voluntary Participation. Attendee understands that participation in the Urban Land Institute 2026 Spring Meeting (the “ULI Spring Meeting”) is entirely voluntary and requires attendees to abide by any applicable rules of conduct or local or provincial laws that may be announced at any time during the ULI Spring Meeting.
Assumption of Risk: Beware of Unofficial Solicitations
ULI has been made aware of unauthorized organizations and individuals who may contact attendees by phone or email, falsely claiming to represent ULI or to provide access to hotel reservations, attendee lists, or discounted services related to the Spring Meeting.
Please note:
ULI does not sell attendee lists. Any offer to purchase such information is a scam.
Maritz is the only official housing and registration provider for the ULI Spring Meeting. ULI does not solicit hotel reservations by phone.
If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent ULI or a housing provider outside of Maritz, do not engage or share personal or financial information. Please report any suspicious solicitations to ULI Customer Service at [email protected] so we can take appropriate action.
For your security:
Make hotel reservations or direct any housing and registration questions only through the official booking link in your confirmation email or by contacting the ULI Spring Meeting Registration and Housing team at [email protected] or 864-208-2582.
Your privacy and security are our priority. Thank you for helping us safeguard the ULI community.
In consideration of the right to attend the ULI Spring Meeting, Attendee knowingly and freely assumes all risks, whether known or unknown, and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, theft, travel incidents, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the ULI Spring Meeting. While ULI is the convener of the meeting, Attendee understands and acknowledge that ULI has no direct control over and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any meeting venue personnel or others involved in producing this event, or any other attendees at the meeting.
In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the Attendee’s attendance, Attendee agrees to comply with all health and safety procedures and protocols that may be implemented by Urban Land Institute and Music City Center, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all ULI meeting attendees.
- Release and Waiver of Liability; Indemnification. Attendee has carefully considered the risk involved and to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless Urban Land Institute, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives (“Released Parties), of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to Attendee’s participation at the ULI Spring Meeting, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence (ordinary negligence) of any Released Party or otherwise. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be waived as a matter of law. Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claims resulting from Attendee’s acts or omissions during the ULI Spring Meeting.
- Health and Safety. Specifically relating to health and safety risks associated with communicable and infectious diseases, illnesses, or other public health threats, Attendee acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the ULI Spring Meeting, and understands that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by any communicable or infectious disease, illness, or other health condition at the ULI Spring Meeting may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the ULI Spring Meeting or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, Attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Release Parties, whether such exposure occurs before, during, or after participation in the ULI Spring Meeting.
