Zena Diggs is the Midwest Region Executive for Commercial Real Estate Banking at Bank of America, responsible for leading a team of client managers, overseeing a $6BN loan portfolio, and delivering full banking services to real estate clients headquartered in the Midwest.
Based in Chicago, Ms. Diggs joined Bank of America in 2004 in Global Corporate Banking where she was responsible for providing debt solutions to public real estate companies. From there, Zena worked as a Vice President in BofA’s distressed debt real estate group, followed by stints as a Senior Credit Officer and Senior Client Manager both within Commercial Real Estate Banking.
Ms. Diggs holds the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses, and serves on the board of Roosevelt University Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, is a member of the Real Estate Executive Council, and is Chair of the Society Leadership Council of the Brookfield Zoo. Zena is also an active member of The Urban Land Institute serving as Treasurer of the Chicago Advisory Board, as well as a member of a local and national product council.
Ms. Diggs holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and finance from Florida A&M University.
