Scott Dunphy is an Assistant Portfolio Manager at MetLife Investment Management (MIM), where he assists in portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and real estate intelligence for the firm's flagship open-end fund. Scott is also an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate where he teaches Real Estate Risk and Portfolio Management.
