Ms. Victoria Oestreich

Senior Manager Urban Land Institute- Arizona

Victoria Oestreich is a Senior Manager with the Urban Land Institute (ULI)'s Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate where she advances a wide array of programming and research focused on the intersections of sustainability, health equity, and the built environment. Victoria is the lead author of an upcoming ULI publication focused on the real estate industry's adoption of healthier and more sustainable building materials. Prior to joining the C&I team, Victoria worked at ULI Northwest in Seattle, where she organized and participated in nearly a dozen Technical Assistance Panels, helped facilitate the curriculum for numerous leadership programs, and produced a wide variety of educational events for the District Council. She holds a Master in Public Administration degree from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance and a B.A. in Psychology, both from the University of Washington in Seattle.
