As a Managing Director-Regional Partner Colorado for Vista Residential Partners, Tyler is responsible for sourcing and winning opportunities ranging from raw land to assemblages to redevelopment including LOI and PSA negotiation. He is responsible for the entitlements, design and construction of multifamily projects ranging from $50-150M. Tyler also manages the development and maintenance of project financials that include proformas, pre-development budgets, sensitivity analyses, cost reports, and public financing incentives. Prior to Vista, Tyler worked at McWhinney Real Estate Services for 8 years, entitling and building over 1800 units ranging from 3 story to Type I across the Colorado Front Range. Tyler has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from CU-Boulder Leeds School of Business and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, CU Boulder Young Alumni Council, and BUILT Colorado.
