Kim is the CEO and Owner of CRL Associates, with extensive expertise in real estate and land use, public finance, and emerging technology. She has played an instrumental role in numerous high-profile projects across the Front Range, including assisting in approvals for the National Women's Soccer League Denver stadium, shaping community outreach strategies for Colorado Mountain Rail, and driving the redevelopment of the Fox Park mixed-use project. Kim also contributed to securing expanded funding for the Vera Institute of Justice, a national organization focused on public legal defense for immigration issues. Her work is fueled by a passion for collaboration in local government, innovative land-use and development strategies, and advancing access to affordable housing.
Kim serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Denver Partnership, where she also chairs the Policy Committee.
Before joining CRL Associates, Kim honed her ability to build relationships and bridge divides while serving as an aide to Denver City Council members Debbie Ortega and Judy Montero. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Colorado State University and a master's in social work from the University of Houston.
