Jeff Nydegger is a shareholder in Winstead's real estate development group. Jeff represents both public and private sector clients in public development and public-private partnership (P3) transactions. Jeff works with developers and public entities to deliver critical public infrastructure, with a specialty in social infrastructure projects, including courthouses, city halls and public facilities, arenas, convention and conference centers, hotels, student housing, and cultural facilities. Jeff's experience covers a broad range of matters relating to public facilities development, including procurement, construction, real estate and leasing, facilities operations and maintenance, and project finance.
