Ms. Jeanne Garza

Jeanne Garza is the Executive Director, Responsible Investment & Engagement at Affinius Capital and serves on the Advisory Council for Responsible Investment. Jeanne oversees the Responsible Investment team, including external consultants, which supports strategies that aim to reduce operational costs and enhance asset resilience in collaboration with investors and tenants. She also collaborates across the Company to foster engagement efforts. Prior to joining Affinius Capital in 2022, Jeanne had an extensive career with the San Antonio Spurs. During her 18 seasons with SS&E, Jeanne rose through the ranks, beginning as an intern and eventually led local, regional, and global marketing partnerships. She developed innovative experiences for fans through SS&E brand partners and guided digital sponsorship transformation as Vice President of Broadcast and Marketing Partnerships. Jeanne is a member of the GRESB Real Estate Lender Roundtable, a collaborative effort to advance sustainability practices and enhance integration in the real estate debt industry.
