Hello everyone, I'm Jaime, a Spanish guy in New York who has been on a Commercial Real Estate journey for over 8 years now. With a strong financial background, i've been able to obtain experiences in Valuations and Capital Markets across various European regions as well as in the USA. For almost two years now, I've been soaking up the vibrant energy of NYC while building up a passion for Sustainability that begun a couple years back. As someone who thrives on adventure and challenges, I made a bold decision to forge a completely new role that marries both, my passions and my expertise, bridging the gap between capital markets and sustainability in the US, as I believe returns will drive the change. Aside from my professional endeavors, I have a few fun facts up my sleeve. For starters, I'm able to confidently speak in four languages. On top of that, I used to be a competitive track and field athlete specializing in the 400 and 800 meters, until just a couple of years ago. Being a curious soul, I adore traveling and discovering new horizons. Exploring the world fuels my creative spirit and broadens my perspective. Now, I'm thrilled to be joining ULI and eager to connect with passionate individuals in the real estate industry who share my personal and professional interests. I can't wait to exchange ideas, forge meaningful connections, and make a lasting impact together. Let's navigate the world of real estate in a sustainable and passionate way!

This panel, which will comprise a sustainability advisor, a real estate value and risk expert, a sophisticated corporate occupier, and a real estate landlord, aims to provide insights on how to leverage landlord-tenant engagement to meet joint goals and successfully decarbonize the built environment.
