Since joining NAI Shames Makovsky in 2002, Dorit has represented a diverse range of clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across office, retail, and industrial sectors. Over the past 12 years, she has been dedicated to managing the commercial real estate needs of Denver Health, leading campus planning and strategic initiatives. In addition to her work with Denver Health, Dorit has collaborated with high-profile organizations such as the Denver Housing Authority and Denver Public Schools, partnering with her business associate Hayden Hirschfeld to optimize real estate portfolios. Dorit's expertise also extends to working with local real estate owners and investors of all sizes, helping them navigate Denver's dynamic market. A licensed real estate broker in Colorado, she is also a part- owner of several commercial properties in the Denver area. As a Denver native, she lives in the city with her husband and four children. Outside of work, Dorit is passionate about exploring new cities, traveling, and contributing to her community through philanthropy.
