Deanna Moran is Chief Coastal Resilience Officer at the Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management where she leads the state's ResilientCoasts Initiative, a comprehensive strategy for statewide coastal resilience. She holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School, a Master's of City and Regional Planning and a Master’s of Public Policy from Rutgers University. She has over a decade of experience working in environmental planning, law and advocacy.

Massachusetts is at the forefront of climate resilience planning, finance, and implementation.
