Arthur ("Art") represents commercial real estate clients with large-scale development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and land use matters, with extensive experience in each of the industrial, hospitality, retail, solar, and office industries. With a background in corporate and tax law in addition to his real estate experience, Art is able to dissect a deal and see the business perspectives, allowing him to provide sophisticated representation to his clients in both routine and complex matters. In addition to his real estate practice, Art advises solar and advanced energy clients in real estate, land use, and tax matters, including the large-scale implementation of solar photovoltaic systems on developments, solar leasing, and other related energy development projects. Art has also advised alcohol manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, including major casinos and nightclub operators, regarding federal and state regulatory alcohol laws and liquor licensing matters. Prior to joining Fennemore, Art served as General Counsel to a Denver-based multi-faceted real estate company where he oversaw high volumes of development and stabilized asset transactions, brokerage deals, leasing matters, and finance arrangements. Prior to that, he worked in the Denver office of a national law firm, where he focused on complex real estate matters of all types.
