Over lunch at Tutta Bella, hear how its founder works among other small, independent retailers to thrive in the face of gentrification.

Continue on light rail to Capitol Hill Station, where Gerding Edlen’s multiblock, mixed-income TOD will sit atop the new underground station. Visit 12th Avenue Arts, artist housing built on city land and 2015 ULI Global Award for Excellence Winner.
