With the rise of the “internet of things” (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and other smart technologies, Toronto has embraced the potential for technology-enabled solutions in our city—using data to build real estate assets, drive value, and create experiences. Leaders in Toronto’s property technology sector are exploring how we can responsibly use data to deliver better solutions in civic and private development. On this tour, we will make stops at special locations to meet with global and local builders who are leveraging big urban data in their projects and with the civic stewards of this increasingly valuable public resource.

Tour Cost: US$125 per person, which includes lunch.
