Bayside Toronto: Revitalizing the Toronto Waterfront

Bayside is a 13-acre, master-planned, mixed-use community currently under development by Hines and is a key contributor to the revitalization of Toronto’s eastern lakefront. With a heavy focus on sustainability, including Toronto’s first high-rise residential building to achieve LEED Platinum, the community will include four condo buildings, two heavy timber creative office buildings, a mixed-income affordable and market building, street-facing retail, along with a daycare and a community center.
