Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

RFID Policy

As part of ULI’s ongoing efforts to improve the member experience, we are utilizing RFID-enabled badges at this year’s Spring Meeting. This technology allows ULI to better understand which sessions generate the most interest and will inform how future meetings are structured. Attendance information will only be gathered at official ULI Spring Meeting events and will not provide any data about non-Spring Meeting activities. Attendees who have questions or who would like the technology disabled may see a customer service representative at the full-service registration counter.

Attendee List

ULI does not sell its attendee list, nor do we publish personal contact information of our registrants online. Only registered attendees are able to view the “who’s attending” list. This list provides only the name and company of the attendee.


The ULI Spring Meeting hotel room block is available now on a first come, first served basis to registered attendees. Attendees are required to register for the ULI Spring Meeting before they can reserve housing within the ULI block. For existing registrants, click the green “Housing Reservations” button within the registration confirmation email to add or modify a hotel accommodation.

ULI provides various hotel options at different price points from which attendees can choose. Most hotels are within walking distance of the convention center, while hotels farther away will have complimentary shuttle service to and from the convention center.

Avoiding Hotel Scams

ULI will never contact you to offer hotel bookings. Please be aware of scams where someone emails, calls or faxes, pretending to be an “official ULI lodging coordinator”, or any entity that claims to have the authority to sell ULI’s attendee list. All hotel reservations are to be made directly via the meeting registration link  or by contacting the ULI Spring Meeting Registration and Housing team. We suggest you do not provide credit card information to anyone other than ULI Customer Service.
