Olivia MacAngus is Chief Development Officer at Colliers Project Leaders, Canada’s leading independent project management advisory firm, with 30 offices and 700 professionals across the country and in the Middle East.
For over a decade, Olivia has provided thoughtful leadership within the infrastructure industry and she is a regular contributor on the infrastructure agenda in Canada and opportunities in new areas such as the North, transit-oriented development and mega projects.
Olivia is the founding Chair of the Future of Infrastructure Group, whose mission is to blaze a trail of open discussions between owners and industry about the challenges to Canada’s infrastructure agenda. Relying on the global expertise of the group and her own experience, she has fostered a uniquely collaborative approach to addressing the hurdles of political leaders, government owners, procurement agents, and industry participants.
Prior to joining Colliers Project Leaders, Olivia was Managing Director of Capital Projects and Infrastructure at PWC, Vice-President at Plenary Group, and Director with PPP Canada, where she developed the P3 Canada Fund and PPP Canada’s guidelines for the implementation of infrastructure procurements within the federal government, other levels of government, and First Nations. Olivia began her career on Parliament Hill and spent several years leading public affairs engagements with PR firm Hill & Knowlton.
