As Senior Director of Development for VanTrust Real Estate, Justin Duff’s responsibilities include evaluating build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, oversight of the design and construction teams, communication with municipalities and neighborhoods, project economics, as well as successful project delivery.

Working in the real estate industry since 2003, Justin incorporates his years of commercial construction and development experience across a wide variety of product types. Some recent project highlights include Burns & McDonnell’s World Headquarters Expansion, Plaza Vista Office Development, and Meadowbrook Park – a 139 acre golf course redevelopment project including approximately 53 single family lots, approximately 70 town home units, approximately 330 senior housing units, approximately 280 multi-family units, and a 50 room boutique inn including 5,000 sf of retail space. By leveraging his past experiences, successes, and industry relationships, Justin effectively builds and leads project teams through design, preconstruction, and construction phases.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Justin served as Project Manager for Opus Northwest Construction. While at Opus, he was responsible for the successful delivery of many projects including the National Board for Respiratory Care/Applied Measurement Professionals corporate headquarters building in Olathe, Kansas and the Kansas State University School of Leadership Studies building, located in Manhattan, Kansas.

Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional and a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
