GETTING TO THE SPRING MEETING

Metro Toronto Convention Centre- North Building

 The 2023 ULI Spring Meeting will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) in the North Building located at 255 Front St W, Toronto, ON, Canada.

Transportation and Shuttle

  • Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is located 15 miles from the convention center and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is located 1.2 miles from the convention center.
  • Complimentary shuttle service will be available for ULI hotels more than ½ mile away from the convention center. Shuttle hours can be found at the hotel’s front desk or on the ULI Events app.
  • Uber and taxi services are available at the airport and is the fastest way to the Convention Centre.  It is approximately 30 minutes and a $75-$80 fare.

  • Parking is available both on and off site. There are 1,700 spaces available at the Convention Centre and over 10,000 space available within walking distance of the Convention Centre. For more information click here.
  • Hotels within the ULI block are within walking distance of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.  Spaces are limited. Please refer to the Hotel page for more details here
  • A Valid Passport is required for all attendees living outside of Canada. Please be sure yours is updated by the time of travel. The current time to process passports is 7-9 weeks. Update your passport here.
